We are headquartered in India and our data infrastructure is hosted within India through our hosting partner, MilesWeb, or other authorized data centers located within Indian territory.

When a General User applies for a job, their Resume, profile photo, and contact details are shared with the relevant Business User. If the General User subsequently updates their profile or CV, such updates are automatically reflected in all previously submitted applications.

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time (see Section 7). However, transactional communications related to your account and active applications are essential and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

4.1 WITH BUSINESS USERS
When a General User applies for a job on the Platform, the following data is shared with the respective Business User:

5.4 CV AND DOCUMENT STORAGE
CVs and resumes uploaded to the Platform are stored on our servers and shared with Business Users only when you submit a job application. These documents are retained as long as your account is active or as required for legal and operational purposes.
6. DATA RETENTION
6.1 We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active
on the Platform or as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
6.2 Upon account deletion or upon your request for data removal:
