1. ABOUT DISTRICTWORK

DistrictWork ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") is an online employment and recruitment platform accessible at www.districtwork.com. It serves as a digital bridge between job seekers (General Users) and employers or recruiters (Business Users), facilitating the discovery of employment opportunities and the hiring process.

DistrictWork operates solely as a communication and intermediary channel. We do not act as an employer, staffing agency, or placement service, and we are not a party to any employment agreement, contract, or financial arrangement between users and businesses.

3.2 If you are registering on behalf of a company, organization, or business

entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3.3 DistrictWork reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access

to any user who does not meet the eligibility criteria or who violates these Terms.

At the time of registration, users must select one of the following account roles:

(a) General User — For individuals seeking employment.

4.2 ROLE IS PERMANENT

The account role selected at the time of registration is PERMANENT and CANNOT be changed after account creation. A Business User account cannot be converted into a General User account, and vice versa. If you require a different role, you must create a separate, new account.

The following details are locked upon account creation and CANNOT be modified at any time:

(a) Registered email address
(b) Registered mobile phone number

These identifiers are used for account verification, communication, and security purposes. Please ensure you use accurate information at the time of registration.

5. JOB APPLICATIONS AND DATA SHARING

(b) Profile photo
(c) Contact details (email address and/or phone number)
(d) Any other profile information submitted at the time of application

5.2 AUTOMATIC UPDATE OF APPLICATION DATA

If a General User modifies their profile information, contact details, or uploads a new or updated Resume after having already applied for a job, such updated information WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED to all existing job applications previously submitted by that user. Business Users accessing an application will always see the most recently updated version of the applicant's data.

Users should be aware of this behavior before making any changes to their profile or uploaded documents.
